With no musical talent, I take pleasure in just photographing great musicians and performances.  Here are some of the best that I shot for the recent Gilmore International Keyboard Festival:

Take a look at the Capri Drive In just west of Coldwater that I shot for the Gazette.

9/6/08  Yesterday I put some photo galleries of car events in the "Catalog" section.  There are galleries from Auburn, Pierce Arrows at Gilmore, Kraasl Concours of cars that interested me.  More galleries are coming.  The images are straight from the camera full frame with no processing.

One of my images of Jim Clark in the pits at Riverside after the 1967 Rex Mays 300 is printed in the PS section of the October 2008 Road and Track.  I wish they had gotten a better version of the image from me.

10/2/08  The Gazette just published my fall color tour photos shot last year.  Take a look.

11/3/08 Just finished scanning all the best photos from the 1966 US Grand Prix at Watkins Glen.  I will be adding them to the gallery under Motor Sports-Open Wheel in the next couple of weeks.  Got my Mark III back from CPS after it showed the dreaded error 99 message.  As always, CPS did the work quickly and thoroughly.  It is great to have it back.

11/4/08  There are now two images in Automobiles under Motor Sports, that I scanned from original prints of the 1910 Kalamazoo Auto Show.  The mounted prints have no identification about photographer or subject.  However, from the displays, signs and 46 star flags, it is apparent that they were shot at this show.  For more information, check out my friend David Lyon's great book, The Kalamazoo Automobilist, page 89.

One of the best things about going to races at Riverside was after the race, the pits were opened to everyone.  You could wander around and talk to just about anyone.  After the Rex Mays 300 in November of 1967, I came across Jimmy Clark drinking a Coors and talking.   So I shot some frames.  Here is one that ROAD & TRACK got from someone else and printed in the PS section in the October issue.  To see all that I shot, look at the Personalities gallery under Motor Sports.
