Travel and photography are a wonderous combination.  New places and fresh scenes inspire photographers.   Photographers try the patience of those they travel with as we always want to wait for the light to get better, look around, etc.  Here are some of my favorites.

12January2010   Route 66 emblem in front of the Amber-Becker Texaco Gas Station which was built in 1935 in Dwight Illinois.  The gas station was the longest operating gas station along Route 66.
